FAQ What about sales tax? We are required by law to charge 6.875% sales tax to orders shipped within the State of Minnesota only.Is there any assembly required for the cat furniture?

How do you ship and when should I expect delivery?
Cat Furniture: Some pieces ship via UPS Ground delivery  and some pieces ship via Federal Express  . Shipping time varies depending on the model you choose. See individual item for shipping method/shipping time. Transit time, in business days, needs to be added to shipping time to figure total delivery time.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, or anywhere else outside the U.S.? We DO NOT ship to P.O.Boxes. We DO NOT ship internationally. Some smaller items can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada....please contact us before ordering as additional ship fees may apply. Cat furniture is generally very expensive to ship outside the continental U.S., but we would be happy to provide you with a quote.
How will I know if you received my order? If you provided us with an e-mail address, you will receive e-mail confirmation after you place your order. We will also notify you once your order ships and inform you of the scheduled delivery date.
What if I want to cancel my order? If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please let us know by e-mail or phone as soon as possible (within 24 hours). You won't be able to cancel your order once it has been shipped.
What is your return policy? We want you to feel 100% confident shopping with us; therefore, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee (Less S&H Fee) if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event you wish to return an item, all we ask is that you meet the following conditions:
For returns, customer is responsible for the return ship fee....in the case of an exchange, customer is responsible for the ship fee both ways.
ALL PET CARRIERS must be mailed back (postmarked) within (5) DAYS (not business days) of receipt, and ALL OTHER ITEMS within (14) business days of receipt...sorry, no exceptions.
The returned item must be in resellable condition before we can credit your account. Item must be returned in original box with original packing materials.
Please contact us by e-mail for return instructions prior to returning your item. Please do not return any items to us directly.
There is a 10% restocking fee for ALL RETURNED PET CARRIERS....HIGHER RESTOCK FEE FOR RETURNED Pet Steps IV and Tall Pet Steps (see "RETURN POLICY" on these steps' pages for restocking fees).
If you paid us with your credit card, please allow (2) billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement (it usually doesn't take that long). If you paid us with a money order, cashier's check or personal check, we will issue you a refund check.
What if I want an exchange? If you would like an exchange, you will be responsible for the ship fee both ways. All of the above return policy instructions apply in this instance.
What if I received a defective/broken item? If by chance you receive an item that is defective/broken, please e-mail us within (3) days. Please do not accept a package with visible damage. Rest assured that every order is fully insured.
What if you shipped the wrong
item? If you received an incorrectly shipped item, we will replace it with the correct item, postage paid; please e-mail us for return instructions.
